Elementary School Achievement <br />Within district variation among schools is greater than the between district <br />variations in End -of -Grade (EOG) test scores for both districts. As clearly shown in Table <br />14, Carrboro and Ephesus Elementary School in CHCCS and Efland Cheeks in OCS are <br />substantially below the other schools in their respective districts.
