Please refer to <br />Section 5.7.5 of this Ordinance for standards governing the development of a <br />Camp/Retreat Center. <br />(4) Specific Standards for Assembly Uses <br />(a) Within the LC-1, NC-2, and EC-5 Zoning Districts Assembly Uses shall <br />not exceed 100 participants at any given time. <br />5.17.2 Community Center <br />(A) Submittal Requirements and Standards of Evaluation for Class B Special Use <br />Permit <br />(1) Submittal Requirements <br />In addition to the information required by Section 2.7, the following information <br />shall be supplied as part of the application for approval of this use: <br />(a) A description of the exact type of facility planned, the size of the building, <br />the number of participants; a signed statement from the owners or <br />operators that the facility will be operated by a non-profit organization. <br /> 134
