Refer to Section 5.1.3 of <br />this Ordinance. <br />(2) Within the LC-1, NC-2, and EC-5 Zoning Districts structures shall be limited to <br />10,000 sq.ft. of building area. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.16: STANDARDS FOR MEDICAL USES <br />5.16.1 Hospital <br />(A) Use Standards <br />(1) Shall not be permitted as a Conditional Use District. Refer to Section 5.1.3 of <br />this Ordinance <br />5.16.2 Medical Uses <br />(A) Use Standards <br />(1) Medical Uses developed within the LC-1, NC-2, CC-3, OR/M, EDH-1, EDH-2, <br />and EDH-3 Zoning Districts shall be limited to no more than 10,000 sq.ft. of <br />building area.159 <br />(2) Medical Uses over 10,000 sq.ft. of building area shall not be permitted as a <br />Conditional Use District. Refer to Section 5.1.3 of the Ordinance. <br />5.16.15.16.3 Veterinary Clinic <br />(A) Standards for of evaluation for Class B Special Use Permit or ASE-CZ or MPD-CZ <br />Zoning District <br />(1) In the AR and ASE-CZ zoning districts, this use is intended primarily for large <br />animal facilities but may also contain an ancillary small animal component. <br />(2) If located adjacent to residentially zoned property, all buildings and facilities shall <br />be located a minimum of 100 feet from the property line. <br />5.16.2 Veterinary Clinic, mobile160 <br />(A) Standards for Class B Special Use Permit or ASE-CZ or MPD-CZ Zoning District <br />(1) In the AR, R-1, and ASE-CZ zoning districts, this use is intended to be located <br />on the same property as the operator’s residence. The mobile clinic shall be <br />parked to the side or rear of the residence, not in front of the residence, unless <br />permitted otherwise in the permit. <br />(2) For all zoning districts in which this use is permitted, observation shelters for up <br />to three large or small animals shall be considered an accessory use.
