At the conclusion of the July ORC meeting staff will incorporate any necessary modifications <br />and release the document(s) for additional Planning Board and staff peer review. A final <br />amendment package will then be generated for review/recommendation by the Planning Board <br />at its August 2, 2017 regular meeting. <br /> <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Consideration and approval will not create the need for additional funding <br />for the provision of County services. Existing staff, included in the Departmental staffing budget, <br />will accomplish the work required to process this amendment. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Planning staff recommends the ORC review and comment upon the <br />proposed amendments to the UDO. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 57
