3 <br /> <br />The amendment would also provide a mechanism for RVs to be permitted under <br />certain circumstances within mobile home parks. <br />Most mobile home park projects were developed prior to current zoning regulations <br />and, as a result, have de-facto zoning approvals. <br />As with all Conditional Zoning districts the project would involve the negotiation of <br />design elements between the BOCC and applicant to ensure the viability of the <br />project. Requests to develop this new district would be reviewed as a rezoning <br />request (i.e. legislative review) and acted upon by the BOCC in accordance with <br />Section 2.9.2 of the UDO. <br /> <br />3.
