Planning Board Review: <br />September 7, 2016 – Ordinance Review Committee <br />October 5, 2016 – Recommendation <br /> <br />b. Advisory Boards: <br />Staff will forward proposal to the <br />Commission for the Environment for <br />review and comment. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />c. Local Government Review: <br />Staff shall transmit the proposed <br />amendment(s) to the Towns of Chapel <br />Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough for <br />JPA and courtesy review. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />d. Notice Requirements <br />Legal advertisement for the public hearing shall be in accordance with the <br />provisions of the UDO. <br />e. Outreach: <br /> General Public: Staff held two open house meetings to review and discuss <br />options on proposed subdivision amendments on July 20, <br />2016. <br />Staff coordinated the release of a press release with the <br />Manager’s office advertising the time/date/location of the <br />open house meetings. <br />The first meeting occurred at 2:00 p.m. and was attended by <br />land surveyors and engineers who have gone through a <br /> 16
