FISCAL IMPACT <br />Consideration and approval will not create the need for additional funding for the <br />provision of County services. Costs for the required legal advertisement will be paid <br />from departmental funds budgeted for this purpose. AMENDMENT IMPLICATIONS <br /> <br />The amendment will create a new conditional zoning allowing for residential master <br />planned projects in the rural areas of the County. <br /> <br />iii.
