RATIONALE <br />1. Purpose/Mission <br />In accordance with the provisions of Section 2.8 Zoning Atlas and Unified <br />Development Ordinance Amendments of the UDO, the Planning Director has <br />initiated a text amendment to incorporate changes in State Law, specifically Session <br />Law 2014-94, related to the review and permitting of temporary health care <br />structures. The proposed amendment will modify sections of the UDO in order to be <br />consistent with North Carolina General Statutes. <br /> <br />Attachment 1 4
