This item was heard at 22 <br />the May 26, 2015 quarterly public hearing. 23 <br /> 24 <br /> Presenter: Ashley Moncado, Special Projects Planner 25 <br /> 26 <br />Ashley Moncado: Reviewed abstract. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Herman Staats: The building and efficiency or some other addition to a structure. I could do that anyway 29 <br />as long as my lot size allows me so nothing in what we discussed about this temporary health care 30 <br />structure prevented someone from using those if they wanted to? 31 <br /> 32 <br />Ashley Moncado: Correct. There are other options provided in the UDO. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Herman Staats: I didn’t understand why it’s so restrictive. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Craig Benedict: When you bring it back to the BOCC, we will explain that more. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Lisa Stuckey: If I go to page 73, 5-48 under 5.9 (a) 1, if I wanted to do one of these things and hire this 39 <br />company that would put one up, at that point, does it have to be a first or second degree relative? 40 <br /> 41 <br />Ashley Moncado: Yes. All those options, a relationship by marriage or a legal guardian. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Lisa Stuckey: If I want to use one of these things, then I am restructured. 44 <br /> 45 <br />Pete Hallenbeck: This is a state issue. 46 <br /> 47 <br />Michael Harvey: We are doing this amendment because the state recognizes this specific unit. Previously, 48 <br />our ordinance allowed for a mobile home to be on a property every year. We had to recognize it because 49 <br /> 31
