Harvey, Planner III (919) 245-2597 <br />Craig Benedict, Director (919) 245-2575 <br /> <br /> <br />PURPOSE: To review and comment upon Planning Director initiated Unified Development <br />Ordinance (UDO) text amendments modifying existing impervious surface regulations. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Please see Section B of Attachment 1 for relevant information. <br /> <br />The “Amendment Outline Form” (Attachment 1) for these amendments was approved by the <br />BOCC at its March 17, 2015 regular meeting. Staff is asking the ORC members to review the <br />proposed amendment package in advance of the presentation of the amendment at the May 26, <br />2015 Quarterly Public Hearing. <br /> <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Please refer to Section C.3 of Attachment 1. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Planning Director recommends the Board review and comment <br />on the proposed amendment package. <br />. <br />23
