AMENDMENT IMPLICATIONS <br /> <br />The amendments are in response to concerns related to the processing of SUP <br />applications, specifically a lack of advance notification to local property owners/residents <br />of the project. These amendments are designed to promote additional notification of a <br />SUP project in advance of a scheduled public hearing and provide an opportunity for <br />local residents to comment on a project as well as receive an explanation on the SUP <br />review process. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />E.
