(2) The Planning Director may conduct inspections to monitor the health and status <br />of the required landscaping. <br />6.8.6 Land Use Buffers <br />(A) Purpose <br />Land use buffers are intended to screen and buffer lower intensity/density uses from <br />incompatible higher intensity/density land uses. Buffers reduce adverse visual effects, as <br />well as noise, dust, and odor. <br />(B) Applicability <br />Land use buffers will be required based on the zoning district of the proposed use and <br />the zoning district of the adjacent uses. <br />(C) Location <br />(1) Required land use buffers shall be located along the interior or street lot lines <br />nearest the adjacent streets, land uses and/or zoning designations.
