He wanted to note that the absences of Karen Barrows and Barry Katz at that meeting had been excused prior 32 <br />to the meeting. 33 <br />34 <br />He reminded board members to remember that the microphones are active at all times.35 <br />36 <br />37 <br />AGENDA ITEM 3: APPROVAL OF MINUTES – April 16,201838 <br />39 <br />Asnoted by Michael Harvey, the board was not asked to take a vote to approve the minutes this evening.40 <br />41 <br />AGENDA ITEM 4: PUBLIC CHARGE 42 <br />43 <br />Susan Halkiotisread the public charge. 44 <br />45 <br />The Board of Adjustment pledges to the citizens of Orange County its respect. The Board asks its citizens to conduct 46 <br />themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow citizens.At any time should any 47 <br />member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the offending person to leave the 48 <br />meeting until that individual regains personal control.
