The Code requires water no less than 100°F. <br /> <br /> The presence of rings on the fingers may result in greater bacterial <br />counts on the hands after washing. <br />Hand sanitizers do not clean hands. <br /> <br /> The use of single-use paper towels aids in the reduction of bacteria. <br />Complete hand drying and friction with the towel are critical to re- <br />duce recontamination.
