PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />SEXUAL MISCONDUCT LIMITATION ENDORSEMENT <br />(DEFENSE INSIDE THE LIMITS) <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART (CLAIMS MADE) <br />In consideration of the premium charged, the Coverage sublimit of insurance set forth in this endorsement <br />Part is amended as follows: and shall be subject to all other provisions of this <br />1. The PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART anrinrcampnt <br />is extended to provide limited coverage under SEC- <br />TION 1— COVERAGE when there is an allegation of <br />SEXUAL MISCONDUCT. A CLAIM or SUIT involving <br />any allegation of SEXUAL MISCONDUCT is not sub- <br />ject to the Each CLAIM limit of insurance or the Ag- <br />gregate limit of insurance shown on the Professional <br />Liability Coverage Part Supplemental Declarations. A <br />CLAIM or SUIT involving any allegation of SEXUAL <br />MISCONDUCT Is, instead, subject to the reduced lim- <br />its of insurance set forth in paragraph 2. of this en- <br />dorsement, which apply regardless of the number of <br />insureds, CLAIMS or SUITS brought, or person(s) or <br />organization(s) making CLAIMS or bringing SUITS. <br />2. The following sublimits of insurance shall apply with <br />regard to the coverage provided by this endorsement: <br />SUBLIMITS OF INSURANCE <br />Each CLAIM Limit $1,000,000 <br />Aggregate Limit $2,000,000 <br />3. In the event SEXUAL MISCONDUCT is alleged at <br />any time, either in a complaint, during discovery, at <br />trial or otherwise, any and all causes of action alleged <br />and arising out of the same, related, continuing or re- <br />peated acts of SEXUAL MISCONDUCT, whether or <br />not in the course of professional treatment and/or re- <br />lationshfps, shall be subject to the same Each CLAIM <br />The sublimits of insurance stated in this endorsement <br />shall be part of, and not in addition to, the limits of in- <br />surance shown on the Professional Liability Coverage <br />Part Supplemental Declarations. <br />We shall not be obligated to undertake or defend any <br />SUIT or proceeding which Is subject to the sublimits <br />stated in this endorsement after the applicable sub- <br />limit of insurance has been exhausted by the payment <br />of DAMAGES or CLAIM EXPENSE. <br />4_ The following is added to SECTION IV— LIMITS OF <br />INSURANCE: <br />The sublimit of insurance for Each CLAIM, as shown <br />in this endorsement, is the most we will pay as DAM- <br />AGES and CLAIM EXPENSES for any one CLAIM <br />arising from actual or alleged SEXUAL MISCON- <br />DUCT. The Aggregate limit, as shown In this en- <br />dorsement, is the most we will pay for all CLAIMS in <br />any one POLICY PERIOD arising from actual or al- <br />leged SEXUAL MISCONDUCT. <br />CLAIM EXPENSE will be subtracted from the Limits <br />of Liability first as it is incurred for each CLAIM. The <br />remaining amount will be the amount available to pay <br />DAMAGES. <br />5.
