Are there new initiatives ?) <br />Voices Together has strengthened and expanded its programming for 2018 in the following <br />ways: <br />• Early intervention programming will be expanded into additional counties for ages 3 -5, <br />through new pre - school partnerships. <br />• A vocational training curriculum program is contracted with a North Carolina state <br />department for a multi -year contract. <br />• Efforts on funding for replication of the Voices Together model continue to be underway <br />for a large future expansion. <br />• Due to new and expanded programming the Voices Together has increased its staff by <br />two full -time board - certified music therapists, full -time program coordinator and a part - <br />time board- certified music therapist. <br />e) Schedule of Positions (Far Entire Agency) <br />• Full Time Equivalent (FTE) staff will be noted as 1.00; half time as .50; quarter time as .25, etc. <br />• Calculate a Full Time Equivalent for all recorded volunteer hours using the following: <br />Total Volunteer Hours = Volunteer FTE <br /># of FTE - Full -Time Paid Positions: 8 <br /># of FTE - Paid Part-Time Positions: 2 <br /># of Volunteers: 15 # of FTE - Volunteers:Q <br />f) Living Wage <br />Does this agency pay permanent employees a minimum living wage?
