was received. This would divert the associated liability of the solution's design away from the <br />County. All work included in the bid would be incorporated into the construction documents <br />prepared by the consultant so the plans could be sealed by a licensed architect/engineer, <br />commensurate with State law. The cast of the additional work would be $5;700. The total cost <br />would therefore be $7,200. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The total cost of this work would not exceed $7,200 and would be paid <br />from the Planning and Ag Building Capital Project Account in the 10-year Capital Investment <br />Plan, as approved by the Commissioners in June 2000. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board authorize the Manager to <br />contract with Corley Redfoot Zack Architects to complete the work as stated, at a cost that shall <br />not exceed $7,200; and authorize the Purchasing Director to execute the appropriate <br />paperwork. <br />
