In addition, she is the Performing Arts Coordinator for <br />Duke Arts in Health and a choreographer for mainstage productions <br />for Playmakers Repertory Company in Chapel Hill. She has worked <br />with The ArtsCenter's Artist in Residence program since 2009. <br />-Jason Abide is a potter and ceramic artist who has taught classes to <br />children and adults at The ArtsCenter since 2007. He has taught <br />numerous residencies creating video and ceramic art on site with <br />students, as well as summer camps teaching ceramics, writing and <br />producing short films and documentary filmmaking. He is an <br />exhibiting artist doing both solo shows and group exhibitions. <br />-Charles Pettee is a professional guitar and mandolin player, singer, <br />songwriter and teaching artist. He has designed assembly programs <br />and week -long curricula for artist residencies to teach the history of <br />Bluegrass music to a wide range of age groups and has been a part <br />of The ArtsCenter's Artist in Residence program for several years. He <br />is co- founder of Flying Fish recording artist The Shady Grove Band <br />from Chapel Hill.
