If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants within that measure's description or for an earlier performance measure. Performance Measures Anticipated Results On Client Satisfaction Survey administered to a sample of refugee clients (25 clients per quarter), 95 95% of respondents will indicate receiving the help they came for and will return. (Total number of clients is 100 by end of Fiscal Year.) 95% of refugee clients seeking assistance in submitting citizenship applications will receive their 48 citizenship within 12 months of filing. (Total number of clients is 50 by end of Fiscal Year.) 60% of refugee clients will receive at least one donated item annually. (Total number of clients is 420 700 by end of Fiscal Year.)
