Replace all air filters at least weekly and as required during operation to maintain air handling systems and <br />equipment in clean condition, and immediately prior to occupancy. <br />D. Clean air handling systems (ducts, air handling units, coils, etc.) as required prior to occupancy. Ducts, air <br />handling units, coils, etc. shall have no dust or construction debris prior to occupancy. At the Architect, <br />Engineer, or Owner's discretion (prior to occupancy or after occupancy if conditions were "concealed" and <br />later found), ductwork, air handling units, coils, etc. shall be cleaned at the contractor's expense. If ductwork <br />is found to be dirty, a certified, independent duct cleaning service shall be utilized by the contractor to clean <br />ductwork. <br />The building permanent HVAC system is designed to provide comfort conditions in a fully occupied building, <br />under normal occupied conditions.
