These drawings may be superseded by later revised or detailed drawings, specifications, or sketches <br />prepared by the Designer, as needed for clarification, and this Contractor shall conform to all reasonable <br />coordination requests. <br />C. All items not specifically mentioned in the specifications or noted on the drawings, but which obviously are <br />required to make the working installation complete, shall be included automatically. <br />D. For projects which are bid or awarded as Single Prime contracts, organization of the Specifications into <br />divisions, sections, and articles, and arrangement of the Drawings shall not control the Contractor in dividing <br />the Work among Subcontractors or in establishing the extent of Work to be done by any trade, unless <br />specifically shown or noted otherwise. <br />3.3 PERMITS AND FEES <br />A. This Contractor shall secure all permits required for the completion of this contract. He shall obtain and <br />deliver to the Owner all certificates of inspection issued by the authorities having jurisdiction. <br />3.4 VISIT TO JOB SITE <br />A. Before submitting a bid, this Contractor shall visit the job site for the purpose of thoroughly examining the site <br />and conditions under which the work must be performed. <br />B. The submission of a bona fide bid will be construed to mean that this Contractor understands and is satisfied <br />with conditions under which the contract must be fulfilled. <br />C. No extra compensation will be allowed for situations arising from failure of this Contractor to be thoroughly <br />familiar with site conditions, including charges and requirements for connection to utilities as shown for this <br />project. <br />3.5 WORKMANSHIP <br />A. Workmanship in the fabrication, preparation, and installation of materials and equipment shall conform to the <br />best standards of practice of the trades involved. <br />B. Work shall be performed by experienced and skilled mechanics under the supervision of a competent <br />foreman. <br />C. Substandard workmanship will be cause for rejection of work and replacement by Contractor. <br />D. The Contractor shall reimburse the Designer for all costs incurred by the Designer due to Contractor's <br />substandard or non - conforming work. <br />3.6 DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />A. The drawings show the location and arrangement of fixtures, piping, and equipment, together with details of <br />connections of certain principal items. <br />B. The layout shown shall be followed as closely as circumstances will permit, but this Contractor shall lay out his <br />work so as to avoid conflict with other Contractors and trades, and to avoid any unnecessary cutting or <br />damage to walls, floors, and supporting structural members. <br />C. This Contractor shall carefully and accurately locate all sleeves and install at the proper time all necessary <br />hangers, inserts, etc., which will be required for the completion of his work, and shall be solely responsible for <br />the accurate and proper location of above items. <br />D.
