Section Includes: <br />1. <br />Round ceiling diffusers. <br />2. <br />Rectangular and square ceiling diffusers. <br />3. <br />Louver face diffusers. <br />4. <br />Linear bar diffusers. <br />5. <br />Linear slot diffusers. <br />6. <br />Adjustable bar registers and grilles. <br />7. <br />Fixed face registers and grilles. <br />8. <br />Linear bar grilles. <br />B. Related Sections: <br />1. Division 23 Section "Louvers and Vents" for fixed and <br />whether or not they are connected to ducts. <br />2. Division 23 Section "Air Duct Accessories" for fire and <br />dampers not integral to diffusers, registers, and grilles. <br />1.2 SUBMITTALS <br />adjustable louvers and wall vents, <br />smoke dampers and volume - control <br />A. Product Data: For each type of product indicated, include the following: <br />1. Data Sheet: Indicate materials of construction, finish, and mounting details; and performance <br />data including throw and drop, static - pressure drop, and noise ratings. <br />2. Diffuser, Register, and Grille Schedule: Indicate drawing designation, quantity, model <br />number, size, and accessories furnished. <br />B. Samples: For each exposed product and for each color and texture specified, if requested. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.1 GENERAL: Basis of Design and Comparable Products as shown on Drawings. <br />2.2 CEILING DIFFUSERS <br />A. Round Ceiling Diffuser: <br />1. <br />Devices shall be specifically designed for variable- air - volume flows. <br />2. <br />Material: Steel or Aluminum. <br />3. <br />Finish: Baked enamel, white. <br />4. <br />Face Style: Three cone. <br />5. <br />Mounting: Duct connection. <br />6. <br />Pattern: Fixed. <br />7. <br />Dampers: Radial opposed blade. <br />B. Rectangular and Square Ceiling Diffusers: <br />1. Devices shall be specifically designed for variable- air - volume flows. <br />2. Material: Steel or Aluminum. <br />3. Finish: Baked enamel, white. <br />4. Face Size: As shown on Drawings. <br />5. Face Style: Three cone. <br />6. Mounting: As required by ceiling type. Refer to Reflected Ceiling Plans. <br />7.
