A unique collaboration, the only of its kind between a land conservancy <br />agency and a non - profit educational farm in the state. <br />• KCNC (Karen Communities of North Carolina): Helping to connect with local <br />refugee families. <br />• PORCH (People Offering Relief for Chapel Hill and Carrboro Homes): TTC Farm <br />both donates and sells produce from the farm to PORCH.
