(150 clients served <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2019. <br />• Crisis Intervention: Provide direct services to victims of domestic violence including <br />crisis intervention, support groups and advocacy in order to reduce trauma and increase <br />clients' ability to make choices increasing their safety and that of their children <br />• Court Advocacy: Provide court services to victims of domestic violence to reduce the <br />trauma and confusion that clients experience in the court process. <br />• Support Group: Provide support group services to adults who have experienced domestic <br />violence to decrease their trauma and increase their feelings of support. <br />• Spanish - Speaking Victim Services: Provide direct services to Spanish- speaking victims <br />of domestic violence including crisis intervention and advocacy to reduce trauma and <br />meet their needs as victims. <br />Anticipated Outcomes <br />The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons /units served within Orange <br />County, only (all Towns and municipalities). If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants <br />within that measure's description or for an earlier performance measure. <br />Performance Measures <br />Anticipated Results <br />Percentage of clients who meet with crisis response staff' who <br />85% <br />will develop a safety plan that meets their needs and helps <br />them feel that they have options to improve their safety. <br />1,000 Crisis Intervention clients served in FY 18 -19 <br />Percentage of Court Advocacy clients who report feeling <br />85% <br />supported by court advocates in FY 18 -19.
