Resource database maintained for a multitude of services (e.g., <br />therapy, food bank, housing, attorneys, etc.). Follow -up conducted to ensure connection was <br />made and additional resources provided as needed. <br />• Youth & Community Education: interpersonal violence prevention education geared toward <br />professionals, community members or youth; civic engagement activities. <br />Anticipated Outcomes <br />The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons /units served within Orange <br />County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
