The Board also will examine trends in ticket sales, <br />revenue streams, expense lines, and member satisfaction as <br />markers of organizational health. <br />• Promoting VOICES and CANTARI's season at Chapel Hill Festifall. <br />• Promoting the season program on our website <br />(www.voiceschapelhill.org) and featuring each upcoming concert <br />prominently a month in advance. <br />• Implementing MailChimp email marketing campaigns for each <br />concert (1700+ contacts). <br />• Listing concerts on 15 online calendars, including Raleigh N &O and <br />The Classical Voice. <br />o VOICES concerts have been featured repeatedly as "the classical <br />pick" for the week in the News and Observer. <br />• Promoting Voices and Cantari concerts on Facebook, and to local <br />schools, churches, and senior communities. <br />• Placing ads on TriangleSings! website and through the <br />TriangleSings! mailing list. <br />• Disseminating press releases for the season's program in late <br />summer 2018. <br />• Scheduling radio interviews on WCPE, WCHL, and WHUP with Dr. <br />Futrell, the board president, and with soloists or composers, as <br />applicable. <br />• Distributing printed posters in Chapel Hill /Carrboro <br />• Securing concert reviews on CVNC. Publicist Gia Podobinski is retained as necessary for <br />work of your <br />special publicity campaigns. Mandie Sellars, founder of Sellars <br />organization? <br />Design and TriangleSings!, assists with the design of the VOICES <br />season program and ongoing redesign of the VOICES website.
