We estimate <br />that for every participant, there are 4 people in the audience that <br />came to watch them. This does not include those who have come to <br />the parade from advertising and who do not have a personal <br />connection to anyone in the parade. Additionally, we use visual police <br />estimates. We estimate a geographically, culturally and ethnically <br />diverse audience of around 4500 -5000 adults and children. <br />Location Description The workshops are held in Hillsborough at the Whitted Building. The <br />Parade marches down Churton St. from Town Hall to the Farmers <br />Market Pavillion and River Park where the Finale will be held. <br />
