If major drywall repairs needed, it must be specified as separate item on this <br />estimate (ex: replacement of water - damaged drywall) <br />For Trim: light sanding & minor caulking. If trim replacement needed, it must be specified as separate item on this estimate (ex: Trim is <br />damaged, broken, chewed). <br />c) GPC is not responsible for existing damage in the work area (existing floor /furniture scratches, existing paint on fixtures). <br />d) At completion of Job, GPC will remove all job - related debris, materials and tools to leave the work area in broom -clean condition. <br />The Interior Paint scope is for the following areas: <br />Interior Drywall and Paint <br />Basement office. <br />Drywall. <br />Finish new drywall apply 2 to 3 coats of mud. <br />Spackle Seams <br />Spackle Inside and Outside Corners <br />- Spackle Screw Heads <br />Apply Subsequent Coats <br />- Apply a second coat of compound to all the joints. <br />Allow this second coat to dry before sanding and repeating the process. <br />Leave ready for paint <br />Protect work areas to avoid damage to furniture and fixtures <br />Remove all job - related debris and materials and leave in broom -clean condition <br />Paint. <br />Apply 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. <br />Only at new walls. <br />PAINT PRODUCTS: <br />GPC will use Sherwin Williams (Promar -200) paint products or <br />GPC will use Benjamin Moore (Super Hide) paint products. <br />Customer to choose paint FINISH, GPC recommends: <br />Walls: Flat, Low Sheen, or Eggshell finish, <br />Additional work <br />Price <br />$2,800.00 <br />$2,800.00 <br />Price <br />
