Create three (3) public health "incubators" to support regional collaboration by sharing <br />resources and developing economies of scale. $375,000 one time funding/Page 21 <br />8. Reunite the Division of Environmental Health from the Department of Environment and <br />Natural Resources (DENR) with the Division of Public Health under the leadership of the <br />State Health Director in the Department of Health and Human Services. Drive collaboration of local health departments and any related structural changes at the <br />local and state level through the accreditation process. Page 24 <br />11.
