Between <br />14 cfs and and 4 cfs, withdrawals will be limited to <br />430,000 gpd, regardless of water level in Lake-Orange.- <br />Below 4 cfs, withdrawals will be limited to amounts shown <br />above for percent of storage remaining. <br />
