iv) a flow gauge at Lake Orange (to be obtained <br />and installed); <br />f) Initiating regular meetings of all parties to <br />review the management plan's operations. Any <br />party or the State can call a special meeting of <br />all parties based on need, and; <br />g) Developing a chart of water use and a summary of <br />operations <br />as a <br />report for <br />water users and the <br />Division of <br />Water <br />Resources <br />on a monthly basis. <br />5. Hillsborough, Orange - Alamance, and Piedmont Minerals <br />shall have the following specific responsibilities in addition to <br />those stated or implied on Table 1: <br />a) Maintaining and operating their respective <br />equipment, including, but not limited to: <br />i) legible scales <br />ii) clear functioning gates <br />iii) effective operation of valves and gates <br />iv) flow gauges downstream from their withdrawal <br />points; <br />b) Providing withdrawal schedules to the County at <br />least one week in advance and notifying the County <br />immediately regarding emergencies and other <br />necessary changes in the withdrawal schedule; <br />c) Providing,-on a monthly basis, withdrawals for <br />each day in million gallons per day to the <br />L <br />
