DocuSign Envelope ID: 943B59E0 -2CA5- 491E- 8AC6- F48A98EB419E
This cooperative exhibition has proven to be a valuable asset to
Orange County in that it is providing an excellent venue to attract the
public from as far away as the bordering states of North Carolina.
This audience creates a valuable opportunity for local sculptors to
both display and sell their work in a unique environment. The show
has a substantial draw because the exhibiting artists are
professional, nationally recognized artists with strong followings. Two
sample resumes are included and past artist may be found on the
website. All artists are required to be available throughout the
exhibition to share insights about their art and process with the
public. It is important goal that our patrons come away with an
experience that is personal, informal but informative. Invariably, they
are significantly impressed with the caliber of the art they have seen
and the overall experience of the show.
The community is educated in the realization that sculptural art is not
only for public spaces and museums but to be enjoyed in everyday
life in our homes.
It is also an educational experience for children who interact with
many of the pieces and have an opportunity to meet the sculptors
who are present throughout the event.
Artist Experience This will be the 25th Year that I have organized this event. This show
has grown in overall artistic quality and reach with each year.
estimate that over the 24 years we have exposed thousands of
visitors including children, to this unique experience of seeing
sculpture in domestic gardens and the opportunity to talk with the
sculptors about their process in a relaxed setting. The artist that
display their work find that the sales for this event are some of the
best for their year. The artist also enjoy the relaxed time with patrons
to get in depth feed back of their work unlike many sculpture
exhibitions where the work is dropped off and installed for a period of
time. Most years a majority of the artists sell half of what they bring.
Many of the artist receive calls from patrons throughout the year
requesting commissioned works based on the exposure from this
show.
Budgeted Expense
Budgeted Income
46b16bc2- 1020- 45ca- 8a6a -a61 cafc365d6.xlsx
Resumes of artists /administrators
TINKA JORDY Short- resume 2018.doc
Mike_Roig.doc
Michael Waller.doc
Publicity Samples
email- invite- 72k.jpg
NO_AD- 2018- rev-2.jpg
