The <br />PTA is open to all parents and teachers and is headed by elected <br />officers and a PTA executive board. PTA projects provide valuable <br />services and events for our school's students, families, and teachers <br />and is led by nine committees, including Cultural Arts. The Cultural <br />Arts program brings professional artists (visual artists, musicians, <br />authors, theatre artists, etc.) into classrooms through residencies <br />and school -wide performances, as well as supports cultural arts' <br />experiences outside the classroom through grade level field trip <br />funding support. The committee also works alongside classroom <br />teachers to plan arts -based experiences that connect to curriculum <br />and serves as the liaison between the artists and teachers.
