Rev August 8, 2018 <br />14. OWNERSHIP. The OWNER certifies that he is the OWNER of the property <br />described in ORANGE COUNTY TAX MAP _________________________________. <br /> <br />15. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTOR <br /> <br />A. The Contractor shall act on behalf of the Owner, as may be required, to <br />facilitate the work being completed. Such actions include procuring the <br />services of qualified contractors experienced in the type of work required <br />under the HOME Program. <br />B. Inspect the work being performed by contractors during the rehabilitation <br />process to ensure compliance with work specified in the work write-up. <br />C. To approve periodic and final payment to contractors for performance of <br />satisfactory work in accordance with the Contractor Rehabilitation <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />16. BINDING NATURE.
