Dean has added training to his <br />resume,' including certificate for fi hours of instruction in 19-A investigations by <br />Amanda Graham, and a certificate fortwo-days of "Chemical. Immobilization° <br />instruction. He planned and hosted the APS/HSUS/NC 3-day "1999 Equine <br />Investigation Workshop" and supervised. the planning of the 2000 3-day event. <br />Dean attended the recent SARI sponsored Incident Command System training <br />for levels 100 and 200, and he has started work on level 300. <br />Dean received an. AA in Business Administration from Manatee Community <br />College before becoming Director of the SPCA of Polk County, Florida. He was <br />also a general manager at a radio station and has excellent presence and people <br />skills.
