See attached. <br />• Remove shoring prior to backfill by others. <br />• Notes: <br />• Turned shoring boards vertical as needed per sketch provided by Summit. <br />• Added 2 x 6 x 8' at each 4 x 4 brace. <br />• Added 4 x 4 braces (minimum of 2 per sheet). <br />• Added shoring at stairs. <br />• Finish removing existing waterproofing and prepping surface. <br />• Install Grace Bituthene 3000 waterproofing system with drain mat. See attached. <br />■ Waterproofing will be installed in two lifts as the trench is approximately 10 feet <br />high. <br />• Check existing foundation drain by running water via garden hose. <br />• Install foundation drain and tie into existing. <br />• Install two downspout leaders and tie into existing. <br />• Note: This proposal is only for the area which has been currently excavated. <br />• Grading ........................................................................ ............................... .....................$34,633.00 <br />• See attached proposal from SUNROCK Carolina Division. <br />• All terms and conditions of the attached proposal apply. <br />• Alternate — Through wall flashing induction above waterproofing ... .....................$19,685.00 <br />• Note: It appears that the existing waterproofing level is above the grade line flashing <br />which could be contributing to the water intrusion issues. <br />• Remove and dispose three courses of existing brick units. Shore as required. <br />• Clean cavity of mortar debris. <br />• Furnish and install new through wall flashing consisting of top termination bar, <br />flexible flashing membrane, cavity closure metal, drip edge metal, counter flashing <br />metal and all appropriate lap splices and end dams. See sketch. <br />• Furnish and install new brick veneer complete with wall ties and cell vent weep <br />outlets spaced at 2'0" centers and in two passes. <br />
