Although we have exercised due care in taking off the <br />materials, our count is not guaranteed and should be verified by you. Prices can be adjusted accordingly. <br />Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc. extends to the Buyer the warranties of the respective manufacturers of the products <br />sold. HOFFMAN & HOFFMAN, INC. ITSELF MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR <br />IMPLIED, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE <br />CONDITION OF ANY GOODS SOLD, THEIR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A <br />PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All purchase orders are subject to acceptance by the company at its home office. <br />Please refer to the following pages for quantities, prices, manufacturer and product description. <br />Prices quoted below are FOB factory with freight prepaid and allowed, except as noted, and do not include <br />sales tax. Terms are net 30 days. Prices are firm if accepted within 30 days and released for fabrication and <br />shipment within 60 days thereafter. Orders released after 60 days from date of customer's purchase order may <br />be subject to escalation. <br />Where Hoffman & Hoffman is the seller, all sales are subject to Hoffman & Hoffman's standard Terms and <br />Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be found on the last page of our Proposal forms or our Form <br />TC 501. Otherwise, all sales are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
