Based on the review of the duties and <br />responsibilities, it is recommended that the Management Analyst be reclassified from <br />Management Analyst at Salary Grade 67 to the new class of Management Analyst II at Salary <br />Grade 69. It is recommended that the existing class of Management Analyst be retained as <br />Management Analyst I, still at Salary. Grade 67. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funds to implement this change are available within the approved budget <br />for fiscal year 2000-01. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board amend the Classification and <br />Pay Plan 'by: <br />• Establishing the new class of Management Analyst II at Salary Grade 69. <br />• Changing the title of the existing class of Management Analyst at Salary Grade 67 to <br />Management Analyst I, still at Salary Grade 67. <br />
