❖ Convened the Los Ninos Task Force to discuss the issues facing Latino families with <br />young children, the types of services currently available, and the gaps in the system <br />for parents and agencies. <br />❖ Conducted four focus groups with parents to learn how well their needs are being met <br />by Orange County resources. <br />❖ Surveyed child care providers and community agencies serving young children to <br />determine their capacity to serve Latino children and families. <br />❖ Conducted three Task Force meetings to identify critical issues and to make <br />recommendations to the Partnership Board of Directors. <br />Each of these components is described below. <br />
