She thinks that it could be a <br />dangerous thing if not done correctly because a simple question may not give us the answer we need. <br />Mr. Block commented that agencies cannot be innovative nor expand without funds. Ms. Russell commented <br />that there is not a single time that she has reviewed the applications that she has not seen overlap. Co -Chair <br />Wash said that we would table this discussion until a later time. Ms. Hinton said that we could let the B.O.C.C. <br />know that this something that the HSAC is concerned about. <br />POINTS MADE BY THE BREAKOUT GROUPS AT THE 2001 FORUM There was discussion about the <br />wrap up from the Break Out Groups at the Forum. A motion was made by Mr. Hurston, seconded by Ms. <br />Echols, that the notes be typed up by the facilitators of each group and be emailed to staff and be discussed at <br />the November meeting.
