It was decided by consensus of the group to not give <br />3 door prizes. <br />4 <br />5 Information Materials and Handouts <br />6 Rather than door prizes, Dee Gamble said that there should be good written material to <br />7 offer as handouts. Mr. Kittrell said that there will be a Resource Table where many <br />8 booklets and brochures will be available to the participants, including "Los Ninos" <br />9 Report, produced by the Partnership for Young Children. <br />10 <br />11 Facilitator Training - Dee Gamble <br />12 <br />13 The members were led in Facilitator Training by Dee Gamble. <br />14 <br />15 Voting Methods <br />16 Various methods of weighted voting were discussed. By consensus, it was decided to <br />17 give each participant five votes.
