WELCOME AND MEMBER UPDATE: Rosetta Wash chaired the meeting. Louise Echols <br />passed out the Blue Ribbon for Kids campaign because this is Child Abuse Prevention Month. <br />II. ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM: Chair Wash announced that a quorum was not present. The <br />members present stayed anyway to discuss the following: <br />III. Minutes of March 19, 2001 <br />Were not aproved due to lack of a quorum. <br />IV. Continuum of Care Committee Survey — Rosetta Wash <br />Ms. Wash discussed a survey regarding needs and resources of homeless people in our community. She <br />handed this out to the members present and asked them to complete it, which they did. The Orange <br />County Continuum of Care Committee is requesting that the the members participate in this survey.
