<br />WELCOME AND MEMBER UPDATE: Rosetta Wash was the Chair for the meeting. She
<br />asked the members to each give updates on their organization's activities.
<br />ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM: Chair Wash announced that a quorum was present.
<br />MINUTES - of the February 19, 2001, were approved by consensus with a correction to
<br />paragraph 8, lines 33 -38, which should read, "Debbie Kinert reported on the N.C. self-
