Human Services Advisory Commission - Agenda - July 17, 2000 - <br />Recruitment Efforts: <br />♦ Public Service Announcements: These have been placed in newspapers and on the Cable Peoples <br />Channel. <br />♦ Internet: The County Web Site features our Advisory Boards and Commissions. There is also and on- <br />line application that interested citizens may fill out and submit via the internet. <br />♦ Posters: Enclosed are posters concerning recruitment for this Commission and other vacancies. <br />Please distribute these posters in public places, such as doctor's offices, supermarkets, libraries, tire <br />and auto centers, grocery stores, etc., to help increase awareness of need for citizen involvement. <br />3) Finalization of 2000 Human Services Forum <br />♦ Agenda <br />♦ Speakers <br />♦ Break Out Sessions <br />4.
