Human Services Advisory Commission — Minutes — January 8, 2001 — Page 3 of 4 <br />Forum 2000 Report This was handed out by Sharron Hinton. The Commission reviewed it and discussed <br />it. It was decided by consensus to table further discussion of the report until the February meeting so <br />that the Commission members may review it more carefully. <br />90 Adoption of Regular Meeting Schedule for the Year 2001 There was discussion about the meeting <br />schedule for this year. <br />A motion was made by Lynette Jeffries and seconded by David Thompson and Hudson Fuller to adopt <br />a regular meeting schedule for the year 2001 as follows: the third Monday of each month, at 5:30 p.m., to <br />95 alternate between the Government Services Center, 200 South Cameron Street, Hillsborough, North <br />Carolina, and the Orange County Southern Human Services Center, 2501 Homestead Road, Chapel Hill, <br />North Carolina. The following exceptions to the above are as follows: the January meeting will held on the <br />second Monday because the third Monday is the National Holiday in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr.; there <br />will be an all -day Human Services Forum held in the month of September and no regular business <br />100 meeting; there will be no meeting in the month of December because of the winter holidays.
