The upper end of the range would include non - maintenance items such as <br />improved ventilation, expansion of locker rooms, air - conditioning, and a new <br />foyer. <br />2. This would allow extension of the trail <br />including a new bridge over Booker Creek. <br />3. This project could be split into a number of phases. <br />4. This project could be done in at least 2 phases. <br />5. We have no basis for estimating ultimate land acquisition costs.
