The cost difference of LEV's and present vehicles is unclear at this time. The number of <br />vehicles that can be replaced is dependent upon the cost difference. The impact on operating budgets is <br />dependent upon the types of vehicles purchased in the future. <br />` Future years' capital allocations provide funds to continue scheduled equipment and vehicle <br />replacements and purchases. <br />
