Forum, September 12, 2001 <br />Steps to production and presentation of Final Report to the Board of County <br />Commissioners — Sharron Hinton <br />A rough draft of the tapes from the Forum has been typed up by the Minutes Preparer for the <br />Clerk's office. This was completed on October 12, 2001. The rough draft will now be <br />developed into a Final Report, which is targeted for HSAC review at the November 19th <br />meeting. <br />Staff expects that at the annual Board of Commissioners Retreat in early December, 2001, <br />reports from Orange County Advisory Boards will be given. <br />In that case, if the HSAC could approve the Final Report at the November meeting, it could be <br />presented to the Board of County Commissioners at its Annual Retreat. <br />5.
