Strict policies and procedures, extensive safety and security <br />practices, and a flawless 100% find ratio combine to provide Starpoint customers with the most <br />worry -free, cost - effective solution in records management. <br />Starpoint has already completed several large scanning projects for Orange County, beginning in <br />2012 with the successful digitization of all hardcopy case files from the Child Support <br />Enforcement office and establishing a paperless environment there. <br />Since that time, Starpoint has completed scanning projects for other Orange County Departments <br />including EMS, HR, Tax and Environmental Health. <br />Recently, Starpoint became one of only three approved vendors in North Carolina to meet <br />requirements for enrollment in the state's new scanning services and data migration program <br />available to all facets of state government by way of the State of North Carolina's Office of <br />Information Technology Services. <br />Starpoint has completed expansive imaging projects for a vast array of clients, including Nortel, <br />Crittenden Memorial Hospital, Carolina Center for Behavioral Health, McKinney Pediatrics, <br />UNC- Chapel Hill, Lewisville Pulmonary Associates, BD Worldwide Medical, Metglas, Inc., NC <br />State University, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Resources, NC <br />Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Central Dermatology Center, UNC Child <br />Medical Evaluation Program, West Virginia University, Chatham Hospital and the NC <br />Department of Public Safety. <br />Our specialty has always been the management and imaging of patient medical records. We <br />digitized every patient record for Rex Hospital (UNC Health) in Raleigh, involving tens of <br />millions of images scanned during several phases of an eight -year project. More recently, <br />Starpoint converted all HIM records for Blue Ridge Regional Hospital, Cherry Hospital and <br />Sampson Regional, as well as for health departments in Chatham and Greene Counties. <br />4 <br />
