Verla Insko announced that she wanted the group to set its agenda <br />for the meeting on July 20. Elio Soldi suggested taking the two <br />consensus item from this meeting and going into more detail on the <br />implications of each at the next meeting. Lee Rafalow concurred, <br />suggesting that an hour be set aside to discuss in more detail <br />( "peel the onion ") what it means to preserve rural character and <br />another hour on what it means to make sure land owners get fair <br />value for their property. Insko listed the following items on the <br />board as the agenda.for next time: <br />1. 1 °Define" Rural Character <br />2. "Define" Rights of Property Owners <br />3.
